Although, my research goes well and i am really excited and curious about my current and future studies, i would like finally to meet with my supervisor to clear up some questions. I want to start as soon as possible with the interview planning because i think it is important to hve a good structure of the interview.

Hope my skills and some literature review will help me with it.

skype interviews

I was thinking for a while how and where is it better to undertake an interviews. As i am going to consider 4 different spa resorts in four different European countries, it is not compfortable to travel to each destination just for a couple of hours for interview. So i decided to choose just one resort where i will take interview face-to-face. The rest of the interviews will be undertaken by skype. I think this is the best way in this situation...

Access and Ethics

Finally, now i am on my last part in my research proposal. I can't wait to try myself as an interviewer. I think it will be quite exciting thing to do. Fortunately, i don't think i will have some problems with access. I am already starting to think about proper structure for my interview and after reading relevant literature i can say that it is definitely not that easy like it seemed me before.

Approches

Well, i am quite happy with my literature review and i am glad that there was no struggles with finding most of the material. My approach for the research will be qualitative. I am going to investigate the spa resorts that have been already chosen  and compare them in different ways. And of course my research will be addressed to my research objectives.  Hope everything will go right.

Research

After my long research I have decided to make some changes in my topic. As before I am still strongly interested in health tourism, however, I want to focus on 4 European spa resorts and analyse their resources and infrastructures. One of the questions I want to answer is, what makes spa resort successful and the second important question will concern about marketing part of this industry.

Initiation Idea

After all I think it is a fantastic idea to make a blog for my research as the university has been recommended. My first inspiration was a medical tourism in Europe and my target was some Russian resorts but then my research lead me to think about the possibility of same tourism aspect in other European countries. For instance, countries like Switzerland and Germany have good health care resources and medical services that attached to latest researches. At the same time there are many patients inside and outside of the Europe borders who want to come along to use these services. This advancement of medical technology and knowledge make a huge tourism market that is not only about the patients and their use of services but also about their attendants who come along with them and need to use other nonmedical tourism services. Those people are also influence medical and nonmedical tourism market on the host countries. Now I plan to research key aspects of medical tourism like expertise, services, infrastructure, insurance, governments, policy and quality on different European countries. As soon as I explore the medical tourism perspectives in those countries I will focus to tide down my research on one specific county.
